Important things to remember for your upcoming Home Inspection

Remember:

• If you are unable to attend the inspection, please send me lock box information as soon as possible.Customer service is extremely important to me.
• If you’d like to ask me any questions, either now, before or during the inspection, or for any amount of time afterwards regarding the inspection report or anything else for that matter, I encourage you to send me a text, email me, or give me a call and I will be sure to always get back to you right away.

Please note, if the home is currently occupied, or furnishings are still present, it is recommended you send this information to the listing agent with the following recommendations:
   1. Personal property should be moved away from attic and crawlspace accesses as the inspector will be going into this area;
   2. Dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, and stove/range should be emptied of any belongings as they will be run during the inspection;
   3. The inspector may arrive to the inspection early depending on the possibility of inclement weather, traffic, or other scheduling factors.
   4. The seller or occupants should make arrangements to not be present in the home during the inspection.
   5. Please make sure the utilities are on so that I may perform a complete inspection.

If the inspection must be cancelled, please contact me at least 48 hours before the inspection time as a courtesy.
