What's Inspected

Every aspect of the property is inspected including all grounds, structural, HVAC, and plumbing components. I will notify the client, in writing, of any item that is of concern. I provide high-quality color photos within every inspection report. My goal is to help you understand every item by the time we are finished.

Level 1 will provide an honest, objective, and thorough inspection report.  From the first contact with me, through the inspection, delivery, and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.
Upon completion of my inspection, you will receive a detailed report with pictures.
